Jrue Holiday to Boston for Robert Williams, Malcolm Brogdon and two 1sts (Warriors 24 plus Celtics unprotected 29).

Honestly a really good series of moves for Portland, turning Lillard into Ayton, Robert Williams, three first-round picks, a couple swaps, and Brogdon, who, if he's healthy can net another decent pick/asset at the deadline. Given that the market started out as just Miami offering Herro and a couple future FRPs, that's a nice return.

Again, what is Masai doing? What’s his overall plan for reviving this team? He arguably replaced Fred and Nurse with lite versions, but what else? The roster wasn’t good enough, and he’s somehow rolling it out again? I’m just lost on this plan.

I know it's only been two preseason games, but I'm fairly sure if Wembanyama stays healthy he is gonna be the best player of all-time. Some of this is legit comical in terms of how absurd it is.

he looks like a human cheat code out there. Offensively he reminds me a lot of KD, but 3 inches taller ... oh, and an absolute game changer on defense.

can only hope he stays healthy. Can't think of another prospect ever to enter the league with such a ridiculous combination of skill and size.

If he and Chet can stay healthy they could have an amazing (and very lanky) rivalry.

He looks better than I thought he would but this stage of the preseason is kind of a joke too.

You can definitely feel the buzz building.

I think I saw every possible play in a single clip package. What can't he do? I guess I didn't see his free throw shooting...

I haven't watched any of the pre-season with him but just from those clips alone, he looks huge in front of NBAers. It's pretty wild. I think he's generational enough where the NBA will likely subtly change their rules to prohibit physicality more to preserve him. He's a lankier Bosh or KD or Garnett with more mobility. It's pretty special. I don't think his frame with all that weight on such lanky bones helps with longevity, but if they can work with him to recover early from injuries, the sky is the limit. Lebron really probably is the best of all time (hate to say it), and that's largely because of his build and physical upkeep. It's a real uphill battle to be that physically stable through your full career, and Lebron had the genetic build to help him along (with hard work no doubt).

Amazing some of these monster contracts. This one came out of nowhere. There were recent rumors that he was looking to move on after this current contract. Guess not.
