Collins just did her best Youzhny imitation (no blood drawn though).

Edit: Collins takes the opening set 7-5

Collins might bagel Cornet in set 2.

Edit: Breadstick (baguette) instead of bagel. 7-5 6-1

Madison Keys is another great story, a few years ago she faced Sloane Stephens in the US Open final and since then has really battled injuries and I think she had COVID as well. Nice to see her back playing some fine tennis.

Kanepi currently looks like an Amazonian war goddess beating up a small child.

Not quite as ripped as Sakkari, but still formidable.

Edit: Having trouble winning these set points however.

Edit 2: Eight set points have come and gone.

Edit 3:

If Kanepi wins this tie-break, the men's match will start in about 15 minutes. If Iga wins this tie-break, it might be another hour or so.

Amazing, when I switched it off late in the first it was all Kanepi, now she looks totally defeated. All over but the crying’.

What a great rally to end the match. It was not a high quality match, it was a 3 hour battle of attrition.

Iga is just so likeable, I hope she takes the whole thing. But Barty will probably win.

Tsitsipas breaks early in set 2, but the storm clouds are rolling in and they might have to pause to close the roof.

Edit: They are indeed closing the roof which should allow Sinner to regroup.

Tsitsipas wins set 2 6-4 and is playing some excellent tennis. Sinner isn't playing badly, it's just that Greek Yogurt is off the charts with his serving.

That could have been match point as Tsitsipas breaks Sinner early in set 3.

This one is done and dusted as Tsitsipas breaks again. Total domination.

Edit: 6-3 6-4 6-2 for Greek Yogurt. Ridiculous level of tennis

Felix is playing incredible Tennis. Serving and forehand numbers are higher than normal in terms of speed late in the first set and the crowd is VERY pro Felix.

Very impressive so far.
