Steve Finnan and Djimi Traore were good enough to win a Champions League. Seems like having players like Trent and Robbo is just arrogant decadence at the fullback position.

Isnt it though? Probably two of the best fullbacks in Europe at the moment.
Shut down one and the other tears you apart. Trent was unplayable against Leicester.

Well VAR is making a name for itself this morning. First the Southampton/Palace game had a goal called back by the slimmest of margins. Now Norwich scored an excellent goal against Spurs with a brilliant pass from Vrancic to Pukki that was somehow deemed as offside. I prefer not to be down 2-0 of course, but it really should be. I have no idea how this is making the game better.

Mourinho seems to love that guy. I think he's disastrous defensively and makes questionable challenges regularly. Hopefully he knows better than I do!

two solid wins in 48 hours, pretty happy with that. Now hopefully Arsenal can get a result tomorrow and then United's in business for top 4 again.

Willian looks like a new player under Lampard.

I’m encouraged because we played well, with a formation that was largely adhered to. Also the team worked well.
A howler by our keeper and a goal by a player who should not have been on the pitch was the difference.

Its not over yet...? I'm watching it later because of family commitments.
I figure if Liverpool win this one its because Nuno knows we deserve it.

I believe in the Jays.

Very scrappy game. This Wolves team is very impressive. This easily could have been a game where they rolled over and died considering they were coming off a taxing game against City and had a day less rest, but they were fighting right until the last second.
What a year though, that was absolutely incredible.
