It's nice to finally get a Christmas game, but did it have to be the third game in four days? And all 3 against very good playoff teams? We've got nothing left in the tank for this.

And even when we've been close we just get nailed with the standard deflating, suspicious calls/missed calls that squash runs and turn momentum back.

Hopefully everyone enjoyed what will almost certainly be the Raps only Christmas game ever.

Was going to watch the Raptors game and then saw Tony Brothers is officiating, think I will find something else to do.

Is Brothers a huge Celtics fan, or really just that bad?

Raps are going to run out of players. We've been called for twice as many fouls.

This is a really impressive win to pick up. Nurse and the coaching staff do a great job of having the next man up ready to go. Brissett came on a made a big difference in his few minutes.

While he was not without a ton of controversy, it is unfortunate when someone passes away without warning. That’s too bad.

Yeah I just read that. I don't really watch the NBA anymore but there's little doubt Stern was THE major builder for that league as there was a time the NBA was no more popular than the NHL but he marketed their stars very well and maximized the league's star power better than any other league. While it was not all savoury with the fixing of drafts and games he was able to turn the NBA into more than just a professional sports league with the WWE storylines, feuds, and predetermined finals to get the best TV ratings possible, etc. He also managed to avoid the work stoppages of other leagues like the NHL which IMO is another feather in his cap. I was never a huge fan because of the shadiness but nevertheless I find this news sad as he did a lot for driving the popularity of basketball.
