That set turned around in a hurry!

Milos breaks Querrey to take the opening set 7-5. Man, that came out of nowhere as it looked like Sam was cruising in this first set.

Well, that was a very poor game from Milos and Querrey is up a break in set 2.

Not watching this but it seems like the first serve is going but the second serve is still not quite showing the bite that has been a trademark of his for years. The fact his return stats are as high as they are against a server like Querrey is encouraging.

He's serving quite well, but it's pretty clear that Goran Ivanisevic is trying to get Milos to come to the net more which I think is a great tactic. Only problem is Milos is not volleying all that well today.

Did I just say he's serving quite well? lol two double faults in that last game and Querrey is up a double-breaker. Looks like we're going the distance.

I agree, this is the key to him getting back to a top 10 level of play so I'm glad to see the return to this strategy.

The match should still be there for the taking given Querrey is not a great ball striker. I'm sure a spree of errors will give Milos a decent look in the third set. Milos needs to re-group and go for broke with his forehand in the final set.

Ugh, he plays a perfect point and gets an easy sitter at the net and nails the volley five feet wide.

It might not be Milos' day but it does seem like the match is sliding in his favor if he can just pull together 3-4 quality volleys the rest of the way.

This third set has tie-breaker written all over it, on serve with Milos up 4-3

Interesting to hear some serious emotion out of Milos this set. He is clearly fighting it but good see him fired up for once. You can almost feel a break coming if he can just capitalize on that first point of the next return game.

Wow, what a forehand return by Milos to get the break. Now, finish this.

Dammit why continue to hit that slice serve into Querrey's forehand. He has no other shot on the return Milos!

woot!! Milos digs deep to win that service game and take the match 7-5 2-6 6-3.

Had to play a pretty long service game and fight off a break point to get there, but he did it. Back into the top 25.

Huge win not only for his ranking but for his psyche. He really cleaned up the volleying, double faults and serve as the match went on. I'm liking this Goran coaching arrangement already! Crazy to see so much visible emotion from him too!
