As I understand it, that’s correct.

There you have it. It was wide open or permanent lockdown. No middle ground… like everywhere else.

Way too late to have a middle ground. Hospitalization and ICU numbers speak for themselves.
Middle ground was a couple of months ago and we missed it.

Yeah, right at the “open for summer” extravaganza that no other province did. I’ve seen it mentioned here before, and Kenney seems to be alluding to it, but Ontario wasn’t ‘locked down’ this summer… at all. Just kept masks, testing, and didn’t rush back to offices. Capacity limitations. The only thing closed has been oxygen bars, and I don’t even know what that is.

How can Hinshaw ever work again after this? What a pathetic 'doctor'.

This better not hurt the conservatives chances in the federal election.

Really hard to tell. Especially for restaurants, like there are dinning restrictions no matter what I believe. But as far as I can tell, recreation activities are a go provided the restriction exemption program is utilized. Just specifically reading through with regards to our curling club and as near as we can tell we are good to go provides we take part in the program.
I fully expect city facilities/ recreation facilities to implement this as there only way to stay financially viable (open).

Restrictions Exemption Program was the only remaining name available. All the others have been trademarked.

If it does, it’ll have nothing to do with today and more so with the total failure up to this point and the hospitals being overcapacity and subsequent deaths that are still to come.
Remember, even if these measure cause us to hit the peak, we still have the back half of this wave to contend with. Cases and hospitalization won’t drop to zero overnight.

Remember, it's not a passport, and it's a restrictions exemption program, not a mandate. Oh and just because, vaccinated people cant go together because...
What the #### is wrong with this inept government? They are step toing and playing word salad just to appease antivaxxers
They are still going to protest the hospitals and be total fools no matter what you do Kenney.

LOL. That's your concern today? If that was an issue, O'Toole should have disowned Kenney a month ago, when this was inevitable.
