I think in the NBA the Raptors started it about two weeks back for what it's worth.

Impressive what they set up in a short period of time.
Aka impressive to see what a lot of money and resources can buy.

Of course the Flames are at Sutton Place, the dumpiest of the three hotels in Garbageville.

I saw it went by standings. Top teams got the JW Marriott, which is probably the nicest hotel in Alberta right now. Shame it's in Edmonton.

It's okay, they'll make a hotel room out of the Oilers locker room for the next two months.

I love this, everything about this feels like a dream. Seriously can anyone make retro Flames facemasks, because that would be a cool thing to keep. Mostly to remind myself this year actually happened when I’m old.

Was wondering the same thing. Probably portraits of the parents/pets.
My imagination went to Johnny getting a picture of his Sea Doos at the Jersey Shore.

I hope Johnny's photos include a screen grab of that video where his dad is stuffing popcorn into his mouth while his mom looks like she's had enough of his ####.
And I hope Tkachuk's include a photo of his dad with the Cup last summer.

I'm sure the guys all have photos of their families on their phones too. It's the thought that counts.

With what's going on with the Marlins in MLB, bet the players are loving the hubs now.
Hope they made sure to get some puck bunnies in the hubs.
Edit: for those who don't know, the Marlins outbreak is up to 13 people.

The Associated Press and PHWA are objecting to the media policy in the bubble and want 3 independent writers granted the same access as the NHL employed writers.
https://www.apsportseditors.com/apse...bubble-policy/
Quote:
This restrictive access policy by the NHL — that allows its writers “bubble” access — was never discussed with writers or editors in advance. It denies the media who regularly cover the league the ability to fairly and completely report in the fashion our audience has come to expect with the access we have worked decades to achieve.
We urge the NHL and its leadership to reconsider this policy and look at what other professional leagues, such as the NBA, are doing to ensure that independent media is represented within the “bubbles.” APSE and AP agree with the PHWA that allowing three independent media writers access within the bubble, the same number afforded league-employed writers, would be an equitable solution.
