Nope - I was implying it's been going on for four years, and to be effective and keep things fresh a new stance is needed. The context was a baseball player taking a knee wasn't a front page news anymore. I'm a minority by the way - for what that matters.

Pearson looked solid again. A couple walks coming to bite him in the butt. Teoscar with a huge pinch hit single to tie the game. 3-3 in the 7th.

I find it curious that Teo didn’t start as he’s been the Jays best hitter this season so far.

Font gives up a walk off homer in the 9th. Lame. Nice comeback to tie it at 3.

Gurriel Jr. has been a pleasure to watch so far this season. Encouraging performance from Pearson again today. Biggio is definitely struggling at the plate right now. Romano has been awesome.

The effort is there. I was happy with what I saw but was hoping for a few more hits on our end.

That was a tough stretch in the schedule. Lots of games coming up against the Red Sox, Marlins and Orioles so hopefully the bats come to life vs weaker pitching.

Weird to say this after losing a walk off, but for the most part I've liked the bullpen so far.

Seeing Vlad hit the ball far and in the air a few times was pleasing as well.

Yikes. Vlad Jr over ran just a pop fly in foul territory then belly flopped trying to get back to it. Then basically the very next pitch another pop fly in foul territory, over runs it again and the ball bounces about 6 feet behind him. That was absolutely brutal.

He needs to make a decision on what he wants to be in the best league in the world. He can sign a contract and make millions, no doubt. But I really hope he looks inside himself and wants more.

There's a graveyard miles long of "this guy's going to be a star!!!" prospects in every sport in the world, and every team's fans, at the time think it's just a matter of time or development until they realize their potential.

But that is not the case. It takes everything you have mentally and physically to be a star in the top league in every major sport and too many just don't understand or aren't willing to do what it takes to make that step.

There is someone on the team SLOWER than Tellez? I am pretty sure I could beat Tellez in a race, and my sprints are measured with a calendar.
