I have no idea why I attempted this given your warning, but it only took me a couple of minutes. Probably got lucky.
That place is a labyrinth though. Apparently a former church.

I walked right past it a few times.
The owners of the home have been charged with selling stolen property before. They obviously have an Amazon/eBay store but I can't imagine they sell much of this crap.

I kinda want to know what it was before it became a house of horrors. I've never seen a shower like that. Large open spaces, with floor vents through the middle?

It was a church. I read that the bathtub was the baptismal font, which only makes it weirder.

Is the bathtub the weird blue thing next to the room full of Girls Gone Wild DVDs, or is there another tub somewhere else?
The blue "tub" looks like it could be one of the baptismal fonts you see sometimes for the churches that do full-immersion baptisms, so I assume that's it.

Do the GGW DVDs come with the house? That’s a dealbreaker for me.

He has a home. It's a garbage can. It's the original tiny home. All those kids who watched it have grown up now, and strive for a tiny home themselves.

While seeming to be the size of a normal trash can, Oscar's trash can is a whole lot larger inside than the exterior would suggest. Oscar has noted through the years that it boasts such amenities as a farm, swimming pool, ice-rink, bowling alley, & a piano. Other items include Slimey, Oscar's pet worm; Fluffy, Oscar's pet elephant; Oscar's shoes; & a dimension gate to Grouchland USA, Oscar's hometown.

Far from homeless Oscar is probably the richest person on Sesame Street by far.

When Sesame Street was first conceived, the various human and monster characters were all purposely designed to teach children about different people they will see around their neighbourhoods: shop keepers, police officers, postal workers, and of course people of various non-white ethnicities (Black, Hispanic, etc.). Oscar was very much meant to be a stand-in for homeless people, with the idea that children should learn not to fear them. I guess the character has evolved so much over the last 50 years that children no longer see Oscar as a downtrodden street person so they need to create a new homeless character to fill that role.

I wanted to live in a garbage can when I was a kid because of Oscar. The closest I ever came was a garage.

I once squeezed inside an empty ice maker. There was minimal room. I imagine that's what Oscar feels like all the time.
