I think the exterior is nicer as well. They even have lane keep and a few other goodies. Finally a 2020 car from Nissan. Not saying it's exciting or anything, but it's at least competitive and would be worth a look if you were shopping in this category.
I will give them props for building an all-new vehicle that actually has a modern interior but they styling cues are already a generation outdated as the split headlight design was better integrated on the Kona. I'm sure Nissan will move plenty of these to people that hate driving and Nissan's best customer; rental fleets.

We had a Rogue for 3 weeks last winter in California. I didn't mind it except for the CVT transmission, otherwise it was a nicely optioned mid range SUV and drove reasonably well.

I would actually prefer a Dodge/Chrysler to a Nissan - same low quality but the parts are cheaper, which is a big deal if your car needs repairs annually

It makes me sad that Nissan has fallen so far.

I had a 2003 Maxima SE, standard 6 speed. That thing was awesome to drive, tonnes of balls and fun to drive.

I had it when we had little kids and I would stop at lights and guys driving "rice rockets" would pull up and I would race them. We won way more than we lost. I will say this came to an end one day when we were stopped at a light and the kids were chanting "RACE RACE RACE" (4 & 6) in the back while my wife glared at me in the front. Damn I've made some bad choices.

It would be good for the industry for Nissan and by extension Infiniti made a resurgence.
