That was my thoughts too. He was clearly I need of assistance in getting where he was going, and while not necessarily drunk, he was clearly having a mental detachment. To leave a man in such a state on a frigid night, in a neighbourhood with zero place for him, on someone’s driveway no less, really pissed me off.
Understandably so, but try convincing a cabbie to take someone in this state to anvague location to be dropped off. I don’t think it was fair to anyone involved. And 211 patches me through to the ‘drug impairment removal’ line, which was almost more frustrating.
