Wow, anyone else watch Millwall v. Everton? I only saw the last ten minutes, but Millwall gets a tying goal that was a clear handball, and then scores a go ahead goal right at the end of extra time. Insane finish!

It’s not just United, there’s easily a dozen teams that would entertain Poch, if his aspirations are higher than that of Spurs.

Sure and eventually Madrid is the biggest threat. Allegedly he turned them down last year, so I feel like once United picks OGS then he should be ours for a while.

why? Everybody knew that succeeding Zidane would be a suicide mission, especially given the rebuild that was upon that squad. I think Madrid will come calling again this summer and it will be a much more enticing idea to Poch, especially after becoming the first manager in PL history to not get a single new signing. If Madrid want him, they'll get him.

because the timing wasn't right. Zidane had won 3 CLs in a row, the next manager would inevitably be in a bad position to follow such a successful manager. And as I said, he had to know that this season would be a difficult one for Real. They sold Ronaldo, the squad is ageing and they brought in quite a few young players who needed to settle in. It was always going to be a difficult year for them, why not let a fall guy fail first and swoop in a year later where the outlook is a bit friendlier?

Yeah, I guess. I just figurethat he has riden out a difficult spell at Spurs, so why leave now that the rewards for that are so close? I mean we’ve had two seasons playing away, essentially, and due to the stadium basically nothing for transfers. Why go through all that and then leave right as that comes to fruition and the budget loosens? That just makes no sense.
I have no doubt that he’s going to be pursued, but I think he must see some value in staying or he could have easily left.

That was not good from West Ham today. Losing to a club from the bottom of League One? Yuuuuck.

Hudson-Odoi with a good match and a beautiful goal..
Will be gutted when he leaves.
Higuian was alright showed some pretty good movement just didn't get the service. Can't wait to see what he can do with Hazard in the lineup.

FA Cup draw:
Bristol City vs Shrewsbury OR Wolves
AFC Wimbledon vs Millwall
Doncaster Rovers vs Crystal Palace
Middlesbrough OR Newport vs Manchester City
Chelsea vs Manchester United
Swansea City vs Barnet OR Brentford
Portsmouth OR QPR vs Watford
Brighton OR West Brom vs Derby County
so Chelsea away after already facing Arsenal away, awesome. If Ole wins this one, he really deserves it. Citys luck in the cup draws is simply unbelievable this year. Oxford, Fulham, Leicester and Burton in the Mickey Mouse Cup, now Rotherham, Burnley and Middlesbrough/Newport in this one.

Its disappointing.
Fellaini stood for everything wrong with United and so I loved him for that.
I enjoyed Mourinho, its really nice when your rival club goes out and gets a big-name manager that you think is a complete moron and then he validates that opinion by spending stupid money on stupid players playing stupid tactics.
Mourinho took a very expensive United club and damn near ran them into the ground which, I think we all admit, was a lot of fun to watch.
And you all of these high-priced players and who has to constantly save the day? Elbows.

Glad to see him go.
Strange when you look back that he played in one of the crappest eras ever for United and came out of it with three medals.....

Apart from the weirdness of Poch stating that Spurs were the victims of their own success the other takeaway point from his six and add half minutes monologue was him staying that he was going to stick with the club until the end in order to achieve whatever they want.
Honestly can't say I'm bothered. A man whose 'ambition' is to make top four every year.

I think what he actually said was that it takes time. In his time with the club we've moved up to the point where we play CL regularly and are building the best stadium in the country. He also said that he thinks that when the project is more complete players are going to want to play there because they want to win titles, and obviously I hope that's the case.
