Richarlison gets the game winner for Everton, I thought him, Walcott, and Sigurdsson all looked really good. All though it’s early, Everton have made a massive change in style of play. Their build up play and passing was actually enjoyable to watch, I’ve never said that about Everton. It’s great for the league when Everton and Liverpool are both strong imo

Arsenal are pretty terrible. With Kroenke taking full control, you wonder if this might be who they are now.

crazy game, both teams are absolutely shambolic defensively. Arsenal could easily be up 5-3 by now.

^^lol of course. They're gonna be the most entertaining team to watch this year, great going forward and terrible at the back. This could be a 5-4 game.

Great weekend for Spurs! Nice win against Fulham including Kane scoring in August and at least for the time being they’re top of the table. West Ham at the bottom of the table and Arsenal sitting on zero points as well, and it really is great. They have a big six point relegation battle next week though (lol), so I guess the zero won’t hold.

In all seriousness though, if West Ham lose to Wolves, they could legitimately not win until October against Brighton. I honestly don’t think that’s hyperbole on my part as I can’t see them beating Chelsea or United at this point.

Yeah, I thought Spurs were exceptional today. Could have easily been 6-1. Lucas is in great form already.

On the one hand I feel a bit bad for the Hammers fans but the club itself stumbling after getting gifted a free stadium and then throwing around transfer fees and wages fairly recklessly isn't exactly violins for most people - kinda like seeing wolves lose right now too after that agent giving them the leg up and they drop 100 mil. That said West Ham have a decent squad beyond their back line and I could even see them taking 3 points against a team like arsenal and turning their season around. Although if they lose there gonna be a tough couple months for them like you said.

Really looking forward to palace liverpool monday at selhurst. While Liverpool are clear favourites Palace has really played well since last december and play them tough at home, hopefully will be enteraining as games between those two teams usually are.

And yeah how good has that everton winger richarlson or whatever been that most people hadn't even heard much about when they broke the bank buying him from watford...

Yep as others have said, great game this derby. Back & forth, makes for exciting football for an impartial fan.

Cech looks washed. And Szczęsny, is Juve's #1.

Poor Arsenal.

caveat; although Juve's recent signing Perin looks destined to take that from Wojciech.

Ya, really carried over from pre season which is nice

Most of the current team took a big leap in their 2nd season under poch, would be great if lucas did

Lamela was great as a sub too, our biggest weakness last season was depth/impact subs

Depending on who starts, having 2 of son, lamela, dele, eriksen, lucas available as subs could be massive, and allow some rest as well

Dembele also looked the best he has in a long time, i think 30 minute dembele could be a real weapon this year, there isnt any situation he should start twice in a week, but as a sub? Still effective

We won that game because of the Dembele substitution in my opinion. For all the criticism Poch takes regarding his subs, he did nail them today. Lamela made that excellent run to set up Kane and he looked good.

I also forgot to mention before how awesome it was to see Alderweireld back! I hope that the fences are being mended here and he ends up staying. The back three looked so good with him there.

Mendy is amazing, just an absolute terror with his running and crossing.

It's hard to see where City are going to drop many points this season. Sterling, Sane, Mahrez, Otamendi, and Walker were all on the bench today, plus their best player is still out injured. Their lineup is ridiculous.

I'm not really sure how you can blame Mourinho though, he wanted at least one CB this summer, and Lindelof and Bailly have been abysmal.
