So much blame to go around but Sutter is doing some very stupid things.
That lineup when it's 3-3 is mind blowing.

Game was lost 21 seconds in or whatever it was. Flames made it somewhat entertaining by the end. But we were always going to lose that game with Markstrom in net.

That was about the most even game i've seen the Flames play in the post season in years. Hockey Gods seem to never be on our side.

The Oilers gave absolutely everything they got to try to choke this game away, including that Mike Smith gift Flames still found a way to lose. Incredible.

Coming back from down 3-1 in the series against the oilers and winning 5-0 in game 7 on home ice is gonna feel so good after this.

Sometimes you have to crawl thru a river of #### to come out clean on the other side.

It’s not over yet! Pretty good third period but just short.

We’ve been absolutely terrible after the first three minutes of this series.

Meh- as I read online once, don't be too stressed about something where the reward is watching a bunch of guys skating around with an oversized Cup if everything goes well

So damn frustrating. SO damn frustrating.

The Flames need to play their goddamn game, and they need to do it for 60 minutes. Not 20. Not 40. 60

Not over.

Yeah this one hurts and IMO Flames deserved better. I think they have figured out to play the Oilers and I see them getting progressively better.

Win game 5 and lots of pressure on the Oilers in game 6. No way do they want it going back to Calgary.

Just win Thursday. Please.

I’m not even mad or upset. I completely expected that.

Better luck next year. Again. Rinse and repeat.

Wild game, they battled hard at least. It stings, but they just can't lose another one now, that's all.

I love sutter but wtf were those 5 guys doing on the ice at that critical time of the game?

Meh, oilers are better. They deserve it more this offseason. Flames are just a franchise that aren't going to win.

He’s not alone in having blame, but you cannot win a playoff series with goaltending like markstrom had provided this series.

Ehhhh. Pretty big difference when you have 97 playing at this level.

I agree with this, and not because I think Woody is so great, but I just don't see smart moves or... well, any adjustments at all from Sutter. It's like he believes in this system, this rotation of lines, 100% and there's no room for anything else.

At least wolf will have a few years at rookie contract to hopefully be the starter while we anchor our backup position.

I’ve never seen a team more assuredly define itself as mentally weak.

Maybe Markstrom will get 3 donuts in a row and Edmonton will score on their own goalie.

Life as a Flames fan is dumb.

I'm weirdly calm. Maybe it's because I gave up all hope during the 11-1 run.

That said, if there were ever a team to blow a 3-1 series lead it's the Oilers. They've demonstrated all year that they can be the best and the worst team in the league in the span of a month. Calgary deserves better so win one and see where it goes.
