This has the potential to be an insane 7 game death match. Don’t sleep on the Blues, they have 9 20+ goal scorers this season. That just shows how deep their top 9 is, arguably deeper than the Avs, although Colorado has more top-end talent upfront. St. Louis also has 3 solid defensemen, two or which are great puck moving d-men and the other is a solid two-way defenseman. Although, once again, the Avs have more top-end talent on their d-core also, but St. Louis brings playoff experience and cup winning pedigree.
With that said, I think the Avs will take it in 6, but wouldn’t be surprised if it goes 7 and down to the wire.

St. Louis is the dark horse of the playoffs. 9 players in the regular season had 20+ goals and 8 had 50+ points. If Binnington can stay sharp this is St. Louis' series.
I like the Blues depth better than the Avs, they just dont have the elite high end of a McKinnon or Makar on the roster. I think this one is a lot closer than many seem to think.
