So! Since this is Survivor and it’s ever changing. I feel, if they can change then we can also adapt and change as well. IF we ONLY get 2 more players then we roll this pool anyways.

If by the end of the picks we get another player then they get the left overs.

If we don’t get another player and we all agree, then I will institute the “Random Immunity Idol” lol.
Since the first cast member eliminated is usually pretty quick. I think a second chance is warranted. Therefore, whoever loses their first pick staves off a first day loss and receives the remaining left over cast member.

Hopefully we get 18 players though. I’ve sent some pm’s out and hopefully more players respond. Either way, I think we should start picking tonight. If we still only have 15 or 16 players then we go ahead and just not worry about the leftovers.

Love the second chance idea. I say fire it up asap, as picking tends to be slow on weekends anyway. Maybe you could enter the missing numbers in the randomizer, and if they are early picks, do a random pick for them. If someone joins late, they get that pick. If no one joins, that's the second chance pick.

ok lets get this thing rolling.

1. snake draft (1-17-17-1)

2. after your pick, pm the next player in order to continue draft

2a. We obviously can't do the 24hour/pick thing. So check your pm's and keep this rolling. We won't bother freezing the weekend but I'd say 6 hour max on the weekend before we move on to the next player.

3. were going to have 1 extra cast member. Thus the "Random Immunity Idol" will come into play!

Rules:
a) whichever cast member is not selected in the first round also be will taken out for the second round.
b) Whoever goes out first, the player(s) who selected them will receive the remaining cast member.
c) If a cast member who has not been selected is eliminated then its a non elimination round for all of us.

I hope that works for everyone. If anyone wins this contest with a replacement player - You're forever getting an asterix on your name :P
