^^ Pre sale starts Feb 25th at noon if you are with a realtor and then to the public at 6 pm on the 28th.

Some neat concepts including the roof top sky lounge which, I might guess Vikkers is or is trying to get in on to compete with West?

I was under the impression that the rooftop lounge and patio were just common use areas, and not an actual establishment. I think you would run into all sort of resident concerns if there was a lounge/bar on the top of the building. Probably requiring at least one more elevator be put into the building ($$$) to serve it exclusively.

Pixel in Sunnyside has the rooftop patio as well, I would like to see more of these uses for roofs in the new developments. However it does get windy up there, and with our weather they may not be used as much as one would hope.

Yup, the only way they could get away with it was a separate entrance for the lounge/club, with their own elevator(s) that would only go to that floor. Way too many liabilities to utilize the condo entrance and elevators. Calgary may see this someday, when we get a true mixed-use tower.

You would think that an opportunity for a club owner to put something "west like" on top would fetch a huge premium for the lease which would subsidize the extra costs involved?
Granted something would still have to be done about the noise for residents below.

IMO, based on those prices, one would expect a titled parking stall with 2 perhaps given to penthouse owners.

Im going to verify Tuesday however as Big Time said, one would assume that there is underground parking.

Do you think it will be like University City or Waterfront?
University city, no way as that is just a bunch of investors buying rental properties.
Waterfront....what do you think? Can they generate that kind of buzz?
