I haven't watched him before this season, but it sounds like injury has derailed his season.

He has been completely disappointing for what he was expected to bring to the Heat. Luckily they found Rob Hamilton to pick up some of that slack.

Nice to see Dube continue to rack up the points. Only worth calling him up if the flames will use him in a top 6 role imo.

San Diego scored 4 of their goals on the powerplay. I'm going to guess the Stockton PK is really bad.

Hopefully that also means Gillies still had a good game and was just under seige behind a bad PK. He was playing real well and getting good results before giving up 5 in this game.

It was also his seventh straight start. Maybe a bit tired at this point. Might be good to spell in Parsons for a game.

Jon Gillies on a hot streak. Heat win 4-1 over the No Good Bakersfield Condors.

His season numbers will never recover after the terrible start but the last nine games and month have been pretty elite.

I know in the last game against San Diego the Heat got torched on the PK. He's had a great stretch here regardless, as no goalie is perfect and will have the odd bad night.

If you told me we could have a backup that was capable of .920 sv% 8 out of every 10 games I think I would be pleased.

According to an interview with the head coach it sounds like he’s been playing LW with Graovac centering him and Foo.

Is there any chance Martin Pospisil, Adam Ruzicka and Milos Roman make their Heat debut towards the end of season?

Might we see all three enter the AHL as early as next year.

Roman still has a year of Junior left. Also if the Heat are making a legitimate push for the playoffs, then highly unlikely any are up this season. Not to mention none are signed.
