Excellent tags. Title is a little pissy, but still funny.
Bond in all his iterations and forms is pretty much a way to pass a lazy Sunday afternoon. Don't take it too seriously. There are real spy films that do a much better job of delving into that world. It's campy fun. All bonds were good, and every Bond has had at least 1-2 really good films. When you make that many "episodes" you're bound to have a few stinkers. This is why most British series are extremely limited, in an attempt to maintain high quality.

I'm a big Bond fan and have really enjoyed what Daniel Craig has brought to the table.
He actually looks like he could be former SAS with his physique and swagger, while still having that Bond charm and wit. He presents a more "believable" character for me.
Yup, On Her Majesty's Secret Service was a fantastic story with great cinematography. Would have worked well with Connery. I know that Moore wasn't very good, but my formative Bond years, he was the one I associated with the character, even more so that Connery. As a kid, his movies were probably the best suited. So that's why I have him #2. Even though he probably shouldn't be. But it's my list
Connery is #1 for me, but my favourite Bond movie is Casino Royale. Mads Mikkelsen was such a great villain. If I could chose who's next for Bond, my pick would be Tom Hardy. I just love him and think he would pull it off beautifully. The rumors with Tom Hiddleston maybe getting the next shot at it made me nervous, I can't stand him as an actor.
I wasn't really intending to take a real shot at zuluking, it just seamed like a funny thread title. Bond seams big enough and ongoing enough to have it's own thread, especially with talks of them throwing money at Craig.
I agree that Lazenby's story was one of the best of the bunch. He approached the role as more of a tough cop than a super spy.
All that said, I think you could have Denzel Washington or Gosling in their prime as bond the last of the Timothy Dalton movies and the movie still would have stunk.
I'm ok to move on from Craig. I really liked him, but as has been said, if he's mailed it in then let's move on.

As for the rest of the bonds, I think every actor has made at least one good one. Connery had 4. Dr No, FRWL, Goldfinger and Thunderball are all good. Lazenby was kind of a weird one that almost needs to be remade. Moore had The Spy Who Loved Me and For Your Eyes Only. I liked Dalton in Living Daylights but Licence to Kill was too dark. Brosnan had Goldeneye as his only real standout but both Tomorrow Never Dies and World is Not Enough had their moments.
What I actually like is that through the years the tone of the movies have changed with each actor. I couldn't imagine Craig or Dalton being funny or Moore playing it totally straight.
Everyone kept mentioning "Craig" and all I'm thinking in my head is "What the hell is Craig's last name again?"
I spent the last few minutes thinking of various "Craigs", and the only one that kept popping in my head was Craig Ferguson.
I eventually broke down and googled "Bond Craig" and of course the name Daniel Craig comes up. I wanted to punch myself in the face for being so stupid. I feel shame.

Moonraker. What a fantastic piece of work that is. It's got Jaws, hyper-evil Russians, Space, Bond girl called "Goodhead", Rio, plus the best closing scene of any Bond movie. Maybe any movie. Screw you Casablanca!

The Timothy Dalton bond movies are among the best. Especially when you compare them to the later Brosnan and Moore films.
That said, the camp of the Moore movies is pretty classic. A movie that should have been better (in a 'bad' way) was A View to a Kill. Christopher Walken as the bad buy "Max Zorin". Grace Jones as the henchwoman. A simple retooling the Goldfinger story. A blimp? Should be a formula for the most fun Roger Moore bond film. Too bad it was one of the most forgettable.
So my vote for best cheesy bond movie is You Only Live Twice. This has all the elements that Austin Powers skewered. I love the secret volcano lair and colour coded drones running this way and that, flipping switches and spinning dials as the base explodes around them.

You forgot the absolutely epic pure 80's theme song by Duran Duran.
