On a sad note, the Humboldt Broncos Memorial Service will be on Sportsnet 360 and TSN starting at 4:30 PM Mountain.

The last day of the regular season has been renamed Avoid Tampa Bay Day in Carolina and Columbus.

Amen to both.

Joe Haggerty
@HackswithHaggs
Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand and Brandon Carlo among the Bruins regulars sitting out this afternoon's season finale vs the Tampa Bay Lightning. Kevan Miller being held out for precautionary reasons

1. If Tampa Bay Lightning win in regulation, we secure home ice throughout the playoffs unless we face the Lightning in the finals, irrespective of a Flames win or loss.
2. If the Flames and Bruins both win, we still secure home ice advantage throughout except if we face the Lightning.

I don't care, I hope the Ducks lose 10-1.

Great to know, but sadly, we'll be playing Lightning in the SCF.

Not so sadly.
1. It will be great to pay them back.
2. It will be great to win when they have had one of the best seasons ever for an NHL team and are expected to win

These NESN commentators are acting like Mathieu Joseph murdered one of the Bruins. Huge homers, which I know isn't new.

Who are these Boston announcers? They're TERRIBLE.

Biggest homers I've listened to in a while.

Jack Edwards is (in)famous for his commentary. This is what you get on a Bruins broadcast.

Also that goal Rask let in from the blueline. Yeesh.

Looks like Dallas is icing their full playoff lineup tonight, with Bishop starting. That's good news. Perhaps they might actually try to win.

It’s over in Bean town. We have home ice advantage against the Bruins.

Yep. Tonight is a nothing game. I'm looking forward to the Heat beating the Oilers tonight.

Flames are basically starting their playoff lineup tonight (almost). Only Mony, Bennett, and Tkachuk are scratched.

Speaking of which, that's a smart move by Peters to sit Chucky tonight. You just know the Oilers would try to to goon it up against him any chance they get. Wouldn't want him to get potentially injured in a completely meaningless game one week before playoffs.
