So if the rumours are correct Bo is looking at what, at least 750K, possibly more? Reilly is 730K a year.

If Bo resigns with the Stamps, the Riders are effectively screwed and competing with Edmonton for a crossover. By default they will have the worst QB in the West and will have lost Jones who was largely responsible for their defense last season.

Apparently the Riders, Argos and Stamps are in a 'sweepstakes' for him.
I really can't see him going to the Riders unless they pay him huge. I could see him going to TO if they are willing to pay a little more than the Stamps.
I can't really see him leaving unless the Stamps won't pay market value.

Apparently the Riders are fully in the mix. Toronto would suck, but if Bo ends up in Saskatchewan, that is just terrible.
