I watched it and I thought it was fantastic. Several moments had me laughing, and it was pretty much exactly what we've come to expect from these guys.
I guess my only real complaint is that, these specials are great, one of my favourite things about these guys and their format all the way back to the great original Top Gear Specials, but usually...usually because they're couched within the season.
I cant even be overly upset by the fact that it was a boat trip that had nothing to do with cars as one of my favourite specials was them Motorbiking across Vietnam and I couldnt care less about motorbikes.

This show is one of the few shows that actually makes me laugh out loud. Sometimes I don't know if James is truly smart or he just makes really dumb decisions and doesn't really think action --> consequence.

I'm watching it, laughing, and wondering if my wife is just humoring me watching it with me. She's not at all interested in cars but I look over and she's laughing as hard as I am. I know a lot of it is scripted and setup, but I don't care. It's ####ing funny.

Actually a little disappointed they didn't showcase Scotland more, they spent to much time on the cars. But plenty of laughs, Hammond's boating skills still need some work.
