I believe they started on mediums. They shouldn’t have started on medium and then went medium again on their first pit because it forced them to pit to have a tire change. Or at least they should have stretched the mediums long enough so that they’d be able to go on softs instead of on the hards - which clearly had no grip. Other teams went medium and then hard earlier and it was a real struggle.

Ferrari hit the panic button when Max pitted. They should have stuck to the mediums longer and they likely are fine. Hamilton had mad pace today, though. Mercedes looking to have a really strong second half. RB need to keep the pedal down, keep the strong strategy, and help Perez get up there.

Perhaps for the rest of the season my top 4 will now be Max, and then a random generator between Checo, Lewis and George. Ferrari see clueless, or crashy depending on the week.
