The strategy crew at Ferrari need to be fired into the sun. That was an appaling decision to pit Sainz. Leclerc took responsibility for his crash, again, but that just needs to end. Hes way too talented to bin it like that. But...I'm still not convinced it wasn't a throttle issue.
And Perez just looked lazy this weekend. Horribad restart gave P3 to Russell. Seemed to have no fight.
And poor Haas. So much potential thru FP and Qualy sessions. Just to have engine and track limit penalties ruin it.
More exciting than most races at Paul Ricard. Maybe time to move to Magny Cours, Le Mans, or another track.

5 second penalty is pretty light for how bad the Sainz pit stop release was. 5 second penalties are kind of a joke for most infractions.
Gap between Merc and Ferrari is now closer than Ferrari to RBR. Same with Max to LEC (63 pts) vs. LEC to HAM (43pts) in 6th (with PER SAI RUS in between)
