Sharp with his first goal in 19 games (a lot of posts and crossbars, though)...1-0 'Hawks, early.

It is excellent for canadian viewers to have both feeds to the Chicago-San Jose game.

The Sharks have a 10-3 edge in shots.

TSN 2 is showing the BU vs Merrimack Hockey East quarter finals game.

Flames prospect Hickey (#4 in white) is playing.

The Bruins beat the Penguins 2-0. Boston has now won five straight games and is 8-1-1 in their past ten games! The Bruins have now passed the Capitals for 7th place in the east and are just three points back of the Red Wings. Detroit lost 7-2 to the Flyers!

A Hawks loss and a Flames win today would mean the Hawks are only 3 points ahead of the Flames. Flames with the tie break and Hawks with one game in hand.

And a Hawks win means the Sharks can pretty much not catch Calgary unless Calgary completely falls apart

And people were saying that Chiarelli's job was on the line. They tear up a month and they're within touching distance of home-ice in the playoffs.

What is with the 68pt letters on the arms of the Sharks jerseys? They are almost as big as the letters on the back!

Yeah, the Hawks don't matter to us, and they likely never will given Minnesota's schedule down the line. We want a Chicago win here.

The link talks about the canadian teams. Pavelec will be the starting goalie for the Jets.

It's their Stadium Series jersey. They put bigger numbers on the arms so they'd be easier to see from the cheap seats in the stadium.

'Hawks blew two chances to clear the D-zone, and after Kruger lost his stick, Melkar Karlsson was able to cruise into the low slot unopposed...1-1 after the 1st.

The Bruins are nine points back of Tampa Bay and Montreal, first place is also within touching distance.

For how good his shot is, it's odd how little pp time Hickey gets

Gotta love this local Blackhawks coverage. Gotta hate that they just scored an own goal. Ugh.

Come ON Blackhawks.
