He’s had a rough go this season. A couple goals called back for offside, but lengthy stretches of injuries as well. I still think he’ll be good for us, assuming we play him.

Spurs didn’t do themselves any favours, and honestly 3-0 down at 15 minutes it’s hard to say that you deserve anything. At the same time, Liverpool was pretty bad. What did we hit, 2/3 posts? That’s just luck. And of course the VAR decisions are pretty appalling. One thing I’ll say, is there was a foul by Skipp in the first half that should’ve been a red (I actually didn’t see it during the match).
To me, VAR should be cracking down on those types of things. Players are going to get severely injured (the Skipp foul was a leg breaker, and the kick to his head required stitches), and if nothing else that should be enough justification.

But in all seriousness Big Sam's rep is insane. He is getting £125,000 a game for the four games left, and he gets a £2.5 million bonus if he keeps them up. Can't wait to see him nicking draws against City and Newcastle with 5% possession.
