Default Day 7 (PM of February 10 - AM of February 11)

Men’s Curling starts the day off at 18:05 on TSN. We’ve got Sweden vs Italy, Great Britain vs USA, Denmark vs China, and Switzerland vs the Cheating Olympic Committee.

At 18:30 Run 1 in Women’s Skeleton begins. I believe this will be on Sportsnet East/Ontario/Pacific (the Flames will be on Sportsnet West). Calgary residents Mirela Rahneva and Jane Channell are the Canadians competing. Run 2 is at 20:00.

The Men’s Snowboard Halfpipe Final begins at 18:30 and should be shown live on CBC.

At 20:00 Women’s Super G starts, I think this will be on TSN2. Marie-Michele Gagnon and Roni Remme are the Canadian skiers.

At 21:10 Denmark plays the Cheating Olympic Committee in Men’s Hockey, I think this will be on Sportsnet1.

Also at 21:10 the United States takes on the Czech Republic in the first Quarterfinal in Women’s Hockey. This should be on CBC.

Women’s Curling starts again at 23:05 with Canada (1-0) facing Japan (0-1), this should be on CBC after the hockey game. At the same time we’ll have South Korea vs Great Britain, USA vs China, and Switzerland vs the Cheating Olympic Committee.

At 00:00 the Men’s 15km Classic Style Cross Country event begins. Olivier Leveille, Remi Drolet, and Antoine Cyr are the Canadian skiers.

At 01:00 the Men’s 10000m Speed Skating begins and it should be on CBC. 2020 ISU World Single Distance Championships Gold Medalist in this event Graeme Fish will be in the first pair to skate. Calgarian Ted-Jan Bloemen is defending his Gold Medal from 2018 in this event and will be in the sixth pair to skate.

Men’s Hockey continues at 01:40 with Sweden vs Slovakia and Czech Republic vs Switzerland.

The Women’s 7.5km Sprint Biathlon starts at 02:00. Calgary’s Megan Bankes is joined by Emma Lunder, Emily Dickson, and Sarah Beaudry as the Canadians in this event.

At 04:00 the Quarterfinal in the Women’s 1000m Short Track begins on CBC. Courtney Lee Sarault is in the third race, Alyson Charles will be in the fourth race. The Semifinals will begin at 04:55. The Final should start at 05:37.

Also at 04:00 the Qualification Round in the Men’s Individual Large Hill Ski Jumping starts, I believe this will be on TSN or TSN4. Calgarians Matthew Soukup and Mackenzie Boyd-Clowes are the Canadian competitors.

The Heats for the Men’s 500m Short Track event begin at 04:18 on CBC. Maxime Laoun is in the second race. Steven Dubois will be in the third race. Jordan Pierre-Gilles will be in the fourth race.

The Men’s 5000m Relay Semifinals start at 05:04 on CBC, Canada will be in the first race.

Men’s Curling begins again at 05:05, Canada takes on Switzerland and it should be shown in full on TSN or TSN4. We’ll also have the Cheating Olympic Committee vs Denmark, and Great Britain vs Norway.

At 05:20 Run 3 in Men’s Skeleton starts on TSN2. Calgarian Blake Enzie is in nineteenth place after two runs. Run 4 should begin at 06:55.

Latvia takes on Finland in Men’s Hockey at 06:10, I think this should be on Sportsnet or Sportsnet1.

Also at 06:10 Canada faces Sweden in the second Quarterfinal in the Women’s Hockey Tournament. This will be on CBC.

The IOC doesn’t have the guts to refer to them appropriately, so I’ll do it myself

That was from the Women's 500m Quarterfinal, and it was actually the Canadian in that situation that ended up getting penalized

I believe it was an illegal inside turn making contact. She was 4th heading into the final turn & made a last-ditch effort to pass the Chinese skater, creating contact which then resulted in *can't think of the word* getting swept into the other Canadians skate

She was considered to have a very outside shot at a medal.

First place unlikely to hold up, but if she can hold on for a medal, that would be spectacular.

The Chinese skater throwing the puck was something.

Runs 3 & 4 are 2 days from now.

However, she may have just completely taken herself out of medal contention after a horrid second run.

Sounds like we got an update on the Russian figure skater.

And then the Russian anti-doping agency rescinded the suspension on Feb 9...

Czechs being very physical against the US. As physical as you can be in womens hockey.

This might sound weird but if they allowed hitting that might be an equalizer. This Czech team is pretty big and could defend and park the bus. Cause some turnovers, counter attack etc...

1-1 after 2!

Czech could not take advantage of the major. In fact, they are 0/19 in the tournament.
