I was watching the news this morning on this and they had the usual talking heads, but the thing that stood out is that one of them talked about Police having to be more vigilant at public gatherings no matter how big or small. Watch roofs and other possible areas that a shooter can get to.
What a damn sad indictment of a country.

Crazy to think that the shooter in Highland Park was arrested after a short pursuit but without incident while a another guy who was running from a traffic stop got 60 bullets put in him. The US is an upside-down and insane place.

Perhaps this "pre-crime" minority report idea wasn't so bad after all. We could prevent a lot of needless crime if we just identify everyone with a neck tattoo as a criminal.
