Littler is 2nd on his team, and 13th overall in the BCHL (3rd for players 18-and-under), with 28gp/13g/17a/30pts. Looks like he's committed to Minnesota State-Mankato.

noticed that Cade plays with David Hejduk, son of Milan Hejduk
David's twin brother, Marek plays with Matt Coronato at Harvard
interesting that twin brothers would be playing at two very different levels

Can't tell if this is good or bad because I have no reference for how competitive the BCHL is

Definitely not as competitive as major junior, hence why not many players are drafted from Junior A. I think it may say something that he’s top-10 in the league, but a better gauge of his talent will come next year, when he joins Minnesota State-Mankato.

Not knowing much about the BCHL, I went to their website and dug around a bit. Brett Hull scored 105 goals in '83-84. Ended up with 188 points in 57 games. That's crazy.

About a third of the NHL now comes out of NCAA, with almost every one of those players coming out of a Junior A league. Perfect for prospects that may need a little more time to develop before going pro.

Cale Makar was drafted out of the AJHL
Travis Zajac was drafted out of the BCHL
The current leading scorer in the BCHL is Brad Nadeau. Craig Button has him rated 31st for this years draft.
