Well one point for the Flames, and a Grease loss in regulation. I'll take it.

Thank you Winnipeg. Of course the only thing the Oilers did well all game was the PP. Don't tell Jack and Louie that. The Oilers were the far superior team in their minds.

It will never happen but the league needs to talk to Mcdavid about his love of elbowing other players in the face. Such a puke.

Oilers 2-3 on their roadtrip and have trailed more often than not in games recently. The slide down the standings is going to start pretty quick. But it doesnt matter because mcpoints.

Imagine if somebody delivered that elbow to McGoldenboy? Sportsnet oilers fanboys would be campaigning for a 20 game suspension.

Oilers fans making it really easy to dislike them tonight. What an embarrassing hissy fit they're in the throws of.

They're Edmonton fans. Don't need help to hate them.

The Oilers haven't been playing well for a while. 2-3-0 in the last 5 and they weren't very good against the Blue's last night.

Their poor 5v5 play is really being disguised by their power play, and the Jets pretty much walked all over the Oilers for the first two periods.

Maybe the Wheels are starting to fall off after a hot start.

God damn Koskinen. Oiler would be an easy 13-2 with competent goaltending. Can't keep outscoring your issues 4+ goals a game. Liking Skinner overall. Too bad the team gave little effort in his 2 games.

That's gotta be worth a couple games at least. Of course since Mavi did it Parros will forget to answer his phone, but any other player in the league that's an easy two games maybe more.

Koskinen has done more to bail out the Oilers bad 5V5 game and an incredible amount of this guy scores moments that he's denied.

If the Oilers have an average powerplay, they're lucky if they're a .500 team and they're looking up at playoff teams.

McHobo is a piece of garbage, and the Winnipeg Jets are dog ####. Just an embarrassing game from every vantage point. I am sad that the sheer suckitude of these two teams on the same sheet of ice did not result in a cosmic event swallowing them both into oblivion. How much better would the universe be in the absence of these gawd-awful franchises?

Oilers would be an easy 2-13 without easy peasy penalties on their opponents

In other news Cam Talbot allowed four goals on 21 shots, and gifted the SJ Sharks a win in his own building.

I can't say I miss him.
