At the presser the only details released were "Upwards of three suspects" a "A dark colored SUV". It has been more the three hours now, the shooters could be anywhere. A quick review of security video would provide many more details. The police are giving nothing, it certainly does not seem like a manhunt, hopefully because it is they know exactly who they are dealing with.

Yeah it doesn't look good. They basically have nothing.
CNN though is reporting "AK47 style long gun" and then reports the AR15 has a rate of fire of 700 rounds per minute. ****ing clowns.

They are reporting that this was the only unsecured room on the premises and the public had access to this room only today. The room where the shootings took place had been rented out a group of county workers who were having a staff gathering, perhaps a Christmas party.

Maybe there isn't any? I know that sounds unreasonable, but reasonable people don't do these sorts of things to innocent people. Might just have wigged out and 3 of them decided "what the hell, lets get infamous."
Being that 3 people were in on it, I'm sure though there is a motive. Who knows what that could be.
These poor people. No one deserves this.

Rumors are they did a big investigation about abuse in the facility and many people were fired because of it. A few of them made death threats. This per reddit user who has family that works in the centre.

It seems this is a very larger facillity and perhaps the witnesses are confused between law enforcement and the suspects. It sounds like due to the size of the facillity and timing, many of the people inside did not know what happened until they were in lock down and police were on the scene.
