Any chance they might be bringing these back? I love Mucho Burrito and I love Ghost Pepper but I haven't been living in Canada since this promo began.
I'm hoping that it sold well enough that they make it a permanent menu item (heck, even just the salsa).

Is this a restuarant or fast food?
Sounds good and want to have one just wondering if I have to sit down to have one or can run in and grab one on my way through town.

Either/or. Mucho sort of has a makeshift restaurant atmosphere, much like many other food franchises have these days, but you can still get it go if you want. You do get to choose all your toppings and watch it get made, so it's like Subway in that way.

The one in the south on 130th actually has a ton of seating, but nobody ever sitting there. Like tracker said, it's Subway style in the way they prepare your food, but you can get it to go (highly recommend not eating it in the car though, if you value your upholstery). I think they even serve beer there if you are so inclined.

I had one of these for lunch today and it was pretty damn good. Too bad this is the last day you can get one.

Had one of these last night, the hot one. The first bit went like, bite, chew chew, hiccup, drink milk, sweat. Took about half the burrito to get to the point of being able to take consecutive bites without milk.
The thing fell apart pretty handily so finishing it off was using a fork to get all the clumps of delicious shredded beef, that were drenched in the hot sauce. Good times. I'd do it again.

It is a pale imitation of the Mission Burrito, but far better than Taco Bell or Taco Time.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Francisco_burrito
The San Francisco burrito is one of the progenitors of the idea of the wrap, but wraps were invented in order to accommodate a larger variety of ingredients than the tradition of burritos would allow.[8]
Chipotle Mexican Grill, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Freebirds World Burrito, Taco del Mar, and Moe's Southwest Grill are all large national chains which arguably offer versions of a San Francisco style burrito; Chipotle was started by a chef who directly acknowledges the inspiration of Mission taquerias.[9]

Any reason why these are a limited time only type of deal? Based on this thread alone you would have to figure these burrito's sell a lot more then their regular stuff.

Does that now make it a zombie pepper burrito? Reanimated dead pepper burrito?

I like the sweetness of the wimpy. It compliments the heat well!

Plus they sell beer. Not that many would indulge, just that it separates itself a little from most fast food joints.

Thoughts on meat selection? I've only had the shredded beef and shredded pork but never tried the others yet, e.g. Steak cubes. Is there one that stands above the rest, in particular with the Ghost?

I'm a fan of both the steak and the chorizo.

I had the "Hotter Than Hell" when it first came out but was disappointed. The heat was not bad at all, could not stand the sweet fig marmalade they put on it however. I like savoury burrito's with good kick, not sweet. I love Mucho but will stick with my usual next time.

Great, so in other words, you can't go wrong with meat selection. Good to know. What's interesting is I normally hate green peppers so much that I want them extinct, but in their burritos, they give a nice extra little crunch without the normal sickening green pepper flavor.
