Default Joe Cocker has died

Never appreciated his music when I was younger but he really grew on me over the years. Guy was a bit of a legend. RIP Joe.

Legendary British rock and blues musician Joe Cocker has died, according to the BBC, citing his agent, Barrie Marshall. Marshall told the BBC that Cocker died from an “undisclosed illness,” while a report from ITV News says the singer reportedly died after a battle with lung cancer. He was 70 years old.

RIP Joe. We'll miss that classic sound from someone who brought so much to music.

One of the SNL classics; Joe Cocker and John Belushi.

Damn, that's a shame. Joe Cocker was awesome. Mad Dogs and Englishmen is one of my favourite live albums ever.

Saw him twice. Once in his prime, he was so drunk he didn't make it on stage for the first three songs, the band played and sang for him. He stumbled onstage finally and was so polluted he was booed off. Sad day but that was Joe.
The second time he was dry and actually performed very well...great concert.
