Best Jersey in Franchise History
Hey Guys,
Over on Beer League Talk we are doing some Team-A-Day articles. 3 different people are writing them. One is covering why a team will be good next season, one is doing why a team will suck, and lastly one is covering the best jersey in franchise history. We are at the Calgary Flames
I am pretty sure we are in agreement with this jersey on CP but maybe it starts some more summer hockey dicusssions.

The orange and yellows made it impossible for me to like The Flames as a kid.. to this day I still hate the colors.
Throw in Black, and they're beauties.
The horsehead made me a Flames fan in 2000.

I agree. It may just be the nostalgia for me, but I am a fan. I like them in the same way that I like the Mighty Ducks retro and Coyotes Kachina jerseys. It would be cool to see where the Flames where a modernized version of this for an alternate one year.

Retros forever.
I don't know whether to be proud of how they're such great jerseys, or embarrassed that the powers that be have had that design staring them in the face for 25 years and have subjected the fan base to ####ty redesign after ####ty redesign

Didn't they roll with black letters/numbers for a very short period of time and then switched to white because nobody could read them?
