My wife has celiac disease and can't digest red meat, and even that sometimes is a source of consternation at restaurants. I cannot imagine what one exclusively eating grilled fish and steamed vegetables as a lifestyle would be like.

Its actually a good idea if you're struggling with weight loss for example, (barring any other health issues) to just pick a few healthy foods you like and don't get sick of eating and just stick with them.
