Default Garage heater venting clearance from Soffit?

Installing venting for garage heater 45,000btu Hot Dawg. Horizontal class 3
SS venting with termination T.

according to the manual I only need to be minimum 11" from exterior wall and vent cap and have 12" clearance above vent termination. I have more than enough to satisfy both these but is there a minimum I need to be out from Soffit of is 13" from exterior wall good enough?

Table 10.1 - Minimum Length Between External
Wall and Vent
Model Min. Length
Size Application A ➀
30-75 Residential & Commercial 11"
100, 125 Residential 12"
100, 125 Commercial 24"

C8. For a vent termination located under an eave, the distance
of the overhang must not exceed 24". The clearance to
combustibles above the exterior vent must be maintained
at a minimum of 12"
. Consult the National Fuel Gas Code
for additional requirements for eaves that have ventilation
openings
