Neal at league minimum is a decent signing, as long as no one puts him in any sort of leadership role. He's a weiner but still a good player

Neal is not a good player at all. On the ice he’s a liability. Off the ice he’s worse.

He still couldn't out perform Jagr who still can bring it and Jagr isn't a cancer in the locker room.
That's okay.....this will be the first coach in Berube that Neal should be afraid of .
