VHS to DVD recorder

I work for a non-profit organization and we need to convert a single VHS tape to DVD (or just a digital format).

Is there a good, inexpensive product we would buy, Digital Analog Converter or something, or a one time service that anyone has had experience with that wouldn't break the bank.

EDIT: I haven't used them, but I see services like that advertised on Kijiji, for the cost it's worth trying.

I would recommend using a service like above (after my own experience and I'm an IT guy). Trying to do it yourself will drive you mad and even once you get it working the quality will not be there. Those services likely have better gear to produce better quality.

London Drugs, and IIRC Costco does transfers as well.
