Only those who have paid $10 or more in Driver Protection Fees between June 1, 2015 and February 29, 2020 are eligible to submit a claim, and will receive a claim form on or after December 1, 2021. The claims are not transferable or assignable and only those receiving the claim email may submit a claim.

I think the driver protection fee was $1 per ride so it might be $20 for me. Not worth my time.

I wonder if it takes more effort, than writing a post about not wanting to do it.

At this point you can only opt-out (like if you wanted to try suing them yourself).

On Dec. 1 you can submit a claim.

Apparently the settlement is only $1M; 33% going to the lawyers. So presumably if enough people submit a claim you might end up getting a pro-rated amount.
