If considering, we would like GMs who can commit for a scheduled year and have the ability to participate by making your lines and emailing them, responding to PMs and generally taking part in the league as required. If you are on CalPuck daily that can be managed easily.

Time commitment varies dependant on season.
In season Id say you should have at least 30-60 minutes a day, dependant on if you have trades blowing or not. Otherwise it takes 5 minutes to set your lines and send them in...another 5 minutes to respond to posts and check game scores and games coming up.
Off season has the draft, UFA and RFAs, trades, etc.

To add: it's a game where the more you put into it the more you get out. Engaged GMs will hunt for prospects to sign, under valued players to trade for, etc. So you are competing against a pretty engaged group and if you don't match that level - it's hard to do well.
