Hey let's pick up Luke Witkowski ....mr tunnel vision with horrible disciplinary issues of leaving the bench to prove your a moron all while sucker punching players that don't fight.
Yeah....we need more doooshnozzle scumbags like this in the NHL.

Milano is interesting.

Good producer at the AHL level, okay production in very limited ice time at the NHL level, only played 6 games total last year which is tough for anyone.

He's the type of a guy a team like Detroit or Buffalo should take a flyer on. Skill has been there, he's never really gotten the opportunity in a top 6 role,

His per 60 numbers at 5v5 were okay from 17-18 to 19-20 though.

Goals per 60: 0.97 - 48th among players that played at least 1000 minutes
Points per 60: 1.75 - 151st among players that played at least 1000 minutes.

If I'm a bad team that has space in the top 6 I might take a flyer just to see if something is there.

Vancouver is so no good, that they cut Sheldon and told him he now dries the equipment for a living.

I liked Meloche in Junior-big and tough with good puck skills, but his skating was never very good. Milano, on the other hand, is a great skater and stickhandler. I thought he was making positive strides the last few years, but perhaps he hasn't improved his two-way game the way he should have.

when do teams need to be cap-compliant?
should there be a wave of waivers soon? Stupid question - Is it different for the Flames since they don't start until the 16th?

I believe final rosters need to be in Monday so waivers should be busiest on Sunday, assignments Sunday and Monday.
