The CBA mandates no fewer than 6 and no more than 8 preseason games.

In 2019 they had 8 preseason games, although 2 of them were played as the split squad same day format

Parsons would have to clear waivers to be assigned to Stockton in any case, so the question is why hasn't he been put on waivers yet.

It looks like Monahan and Hanifin are both skating this morning, so I'd expect both to play tonight.
