I finally watched the Apartment (1960) last night. I can't believe it took me this long watch it. Unbelievably clever movie with outstanding performances from Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine. Billy Wilder was a genius. I need to Witness for the Prosecution, Sabrina, and Stalag 17 now

Another of my all time favorites. It holds up incredibly well even today with a very different culture.

Stalag 17 hasnt aged so well, I'd sub in Sunset Boulevard and The Spirit of St Louis

As far as Billy Wilder directed movies, I’ve previously only seen Some Like it Hot, Sunset Boulevard and Ace in the Hole. I’ll check out the Spirit of St Louis though. He’s an amazingly versatile director. His movies seem to run the gambit of genres like Stanley Kubrick.
Also have those guys watched Pulp Fiction yet?? lol
So from my original list I have watched Psycho now(meh) and Platoon(ok)....
Still can't believe i haven't watched those 3 Nolan movies yet, but i'm starting on Stranger Things Season 1 episode 1 tonight!

Never watched:
Reservoir Dogs
Apocalypse Now
Memento, The Prestige, Interstellar
Platoon
Shape of Water
Psycho
Clerks/Mallrats
Iron Giant
Edward Scissorhands/Nightmare before Christmas
Any of the Daniel Craig Bond movies after Casino Royale. I don't even know the names of them. I really liked Casino Royale also.

Unforgiven is in my top 5 movies of all time. Excellent performances and lots of depth in the characters. Why do you have a problem finishing it? Too slow?

First try was with the DVD, which was terrible quality. It's on Netflix now, but I simply haven't had a chance to watch any movie recently. I had to watch the latest SNW episode over three sittings lol.
