I've said that for years, maybe even a crawling race. Can you imagine training your whole life to be the fastest crawler?

So for the Men’s 100m in the morning it will be Canada’s Gavin Smellie in Heat 3. Superstar Andre De Grasse will run in Heat 5 tries to improve on his Bronze Medal from Rio, Canada’s Bismark Boateng will run in Heat 6.
It starts at 04:45

The men's quarterfinal Badminton match between Denmark and Indonesia was really great. Definitely not something I usually check out but I'm glad I did!

decent session for Athletics Alberta tonight
Arop looked good in his heat
glad Watson advanced but she nicked a hurdle, which looked to me like the inside hurdle but she is through- will be a tough field going forward

That was a wild competition, unpredictable. Korean shoots perfect game in 1/8 finals then chokes in the quarters.
