Post Ratings have changed

With the changing of the sliders, it has affected our rating

Some players would have remained the same, most would have dropped one.

Just a heads up, if you are using an excel sheet, it's no longer accurate

huh.

Most of my guys went down one. What exactly happened here? It doesn't really matter if it effects everyone, but I'm curious.

The overall is a number given to the player in the SIM but it isn't the be all end all. If you change a slider in the game such as turn up scoring, turn down penalties ... the player's overalls are adjusted to reflect the new setting for the SIM

It's the same player and the same rated player, it's not a case that the player got a new rating. It's just a slight adjustment in the SIM has an end result on how that player is rated in the new settings

More of just mentioning that if you look at you 74ov player and he now has a 73ov, don't panic, you now know why

Yeah to build on what Doug says - OVR doesn't actually matter in terms of a player's performance in the sim - it is simply an formula calc made up of all the individual rating attributes. And it can change if you adjust sliders, so when I turned down penalties, that's what created this.
But it's individual rating attributes that actually dictate player performance.
