Great thread.
The first album that I ever owned was Boston's self titled LP.
The first 3 songs are
More Than a Feeling
Peace of Mind
Foreplay/Long Time
Great album. Still listen to it.

I thought of a couple and it looks like I'm on the same wavelength as a couple of people from the link that Troutman posted. I had to lookup the albums but I thought these could make the cut, and they did (according to Troutman's link):
Pearl Jam: Once, Even Flow, Alive
Michael Jackson: Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean
My personal favorite would be from The Tragically Hip:
Courage, Looking For A Place to Happen, At The Hundredth Meridian

Well, the whole second side of Abbey Road is the pinnacle of album flow. To pick three songs that flow particularly well (but aren’t standouts on their own), I’ll pick Mean Mr. Mustard, Polythene Pam, She Came In Through the Bathroom Window.

Pink Floyd - Animals
Dogs, Pigs, Sheep
That's cheating though since those 3 songs are pretty much the whole album.

Everyone understands that this is the best three consecutive songs on an album right? Ok, just checking.
I'll add the obligatory Zep entry: Rock and Roll, Evermore, Stairway.
