Tri-City sweeps Victoria. They're now 8-0 in the playoffs.

Nice to see this team finally playing to their potential after a season of injuries.

What a night for Matteo Gennaro. Hat trick to win it in double OT!

Skinner 2nd star and Estephan 3rd star.

How crazy would it be to have a Canes vs Broncos match up in round 3 after the massive trade they pulled off in January?

Huge night in the 'W' playoffs.

Brandon and Portland have their seasons on the line against Lethbridge and Everett. Lose and they are out.

Plus, pivotal game 5 between the two season long powerhouses Swift Current and Moose Jaw, who are locked up at 2 wins a piece.

Hopefully the Canes can finish Brandon off tonight and Swift/Moose Jaw play three more games of double OT

Cheering hard for my bud, Stuart Skinner, and the Broncos to go all the way.

No idea if this lasts all night, Kale Clague and Josh Brook are slotted in on the wing on the top two lines for Moose Jaw. Warriors have eight D dressed and Tanner Jeannot is out.

Woot!

At least one team I cheer for isn't taking a dump on my head like all the rest!

I cannot believe the Hurricanes are on their way to the Eastern Final!

Way to go Canes!

Skinner gets 1st star in a 2-0 win. Broncos push Moose Jaw to the brink.

Was at the Canes game tonight, what an effort! Kisio has them firing on all cylinders.

Brad Morrison is having a heck of a playoffs. Hope the Flames give him another camp invite. He might have a few choices after this display though.

50/50 was just shy of $52,000 tonight! The Hurricanes 1/2 is being donated to the Humboldt go fund me.

They really seem to be clicking right now. Do you think they have a chance against either of the powerhouses in round 3?

My head says no, heart says yes just like in round 1 and 2. Those two teams are a different animal though I would think.

Everett up 4-0 late on Portland, so that's a wrap.

Everett vs. Tri-City could be a hell of a match up in the Western Final.

I think only if either MJ and SC come in banged up. Otherwise I think they are both just too deep.

Morrison has just been a force though. He wants the puck and is just flying out there. Again, hope the Flames scouts have been watching.

Hunter is so lost he's just throwing darts at a board to make lines now. Everytime this team has a lull he starts mixing up lines like he's just pulling names out of a hat. This guy has pretty much got the best team in the league at his fingertips and is getting out coached nightly. I am so frustrated right now.

The boys actually outplayed Swift all night, hit 5 posts and just couldn't buy a goal.

I still can't figure out why Vancouver traded the Canes Brad Morrison for Brennan Riddle. Anholt really pulled a rabbit out of the hat on that one.

He had 35 points in 42 games for the Giants. He has now played 42 games for the Canes including playoffs.....he has 69 points in those games, including a league leading 29 points in 10 playoff games.

Riddle had 2 goals and 11 points.

Anyways, sorry speede, but I'm rooting for a Swift Current series win.

Even if the Broncos take the Canes out I can still cheer for Skinner and Estephan in the final. Those kids gave their all for the Canes in their time here.

I can't say the same for Burke and the Warriors. Still not happy about his conduct here, the way he left us, and the fact that we ended up with basically nothing after he was gone.
