If you've watched The Self Destruction of the Ultimate Warrior (I highly recommend it) you know he wasn't very well regarded in the WWE, so I was quite surprised to see him inducted into the hall of fame and participating in Wrestlemania events this year.

Uh, I am just going to get the ball rolling then. Vince did it. Got rid of the UW, and upped the ratings all within a couple of days.

I think it's funny that he legally changed his last name to "Warrior" and now his kids are stuck with it too.

The DVD was very well produced but it was clearly a hatchet job. I'm sure he rubbed a lot of people the wrong way. At the same time, I'm sure that a good number of wrestlers have done the same thing.

He will definitely be remembered for good ... and not so good reasons.

Very sad news. He was part of an exciting time of my youth. Glad that he seemed to get some closure with WWE before his passing. RIP Warrior.
