Their own fault in sticking too hard to the crime-of-the-week format and not really getting into the mythology that they hinted at from time to time. I was hoping that they took it somewhere interesting but it was as though they were stubbornly resisting telling you anything about the greater scope.

I just watched it about a week ago. I had PVR'd all the episodes. I thought it was decent, but tend to agree that it stuck rigidly to the weekly stories, instead of building their show's mythology.

I really liked Rudy, and I though the chemistry between the two lead guys was great.

I'm mildly disappointed.

I thought it was showing signs of going somewhere towards the end of the season but they didn't take it far enough to really hook people in. There was potential so I guess I'd consider myself mildly disappointed too but I won't lose any sleep.
