Gould should sign the tag and then just start intentionally missing FGs to force the 49ers to release him. But some ####ing world where a kicker is actually demanding a trade. Given how desperately the Bears need a kicker, 49ers should hold out for at least a third round pick, or force him to go the Le'Veon route. Be funny if he did that and the Bears found their kicker somewhere else and left Gould high and dry.

Yeah I dont think anyone is going to pay anything of substance for an old kicker.
But nobody, at any position likes to be tagged and Gould remains one of the best kickers in the NFL and he is in a position to get paid top K money by somebody.

I'm mostly interested in Ed Oliver of all things 2019 draft as he is probably the first player I've ever noticed as a freshman and followed since then.

Fascinating guy actually...and everywhere i read about him, personel guys just love him.
Seems like almost every mock i look at, he goes at 4 to the Raiders.

The draft becomes a lot less interesting when your team is picking in the late 20s or early 30s than if they're picking in the top-15.

Or when a team is picking at 10 but has an incompetent GM who just pissed off your best cornerback. Can’t wait to see how he screws this up.

Eagles beat writers are all saying that the Eagles are definitely drafting Marquise Brown if he's there at 25. I wouldn't mind that at all if it allows them to finally move on from Agholor.

Agholor seems to have turned the corner though. Doesn’t make sense to take Hollywood when you just brought back Desean does it? I’d think they’d want one of the big guys instead.

Nah, Agholor was pretty average last year. He had a decent 2017 season but the advanced stats predicted he was due for regression and lo and behold he regressed. It looks incredibly likely that 2017 was an outlier. Guy also has a $9.4M cap hit this year and is on the final year and is a FA after the season, so it would not surprise me at all if they trade him this weekend.
I think if one of the big name DTs or DEs falls to them, they'll go with that, but they also just brought back Jernigan so they definitely don't need to reach to get guys at those positions if they feel there's someone comparable in the later rounds.
EDIT: Looking at his stats, he didn't regress much at all but he's still not a WR who's worth the money he's getting.

I find it funny that people always talk about "stupid kickers" as if they're not important, and yet if the Chargers had Gould they likely have home field throughout the playoffs.

Only if your GM is a dud. Always interesting to hear about the moves Pats make and they're always last of the round.

Meh. Howie Roseman may be the busiest GM in the league as far as trades go, it still doesn't change the fact that late first rounders aren't as exciting as the guys who go in the top 10.

Now new Raider AB wants to fight Ryan Clark? This is fine. Everything is totally normal.

Let's not rule out the Cowboys and Bengals here.

Browns or Patriots are the only two teams I see involved here. Raiders would be amazing though, at least a 75% chance either he kills AB or AB kills him.
